REFUND POLICY

1. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care, beauty, and health-related items cannot be returned once opened.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us on our website with reason for return, and a photo/video (if applicable).

  2. Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.


4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for damaged or wrong items only.
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please mention this when contacting our team.


6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
